We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. To receive a refund, you must request one as described above.
If your subscription has already renewed and you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge. We will evaluate renewal refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
