By creating an account or using NexTodo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are using NexTodo on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

NexTodo is a task management and deep work tracking application that allows users to organize tasks, track focus sessions, and measure productivity. We offer both a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.

NexTodo Pro is a paid subscription available monthly or annually. Subscriptions are purchased and managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play — not directly through NexTodo. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms of your respective app store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Subscription prices are set in each app store and may vary by country and currency. NexTodo has no control over pricing or billing on your behalf.

Because billing is handled by Apple and Google, refunds are subject to their respective refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly. See our Refund Policy for more information.

Your use of NexTodo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We store your task data and focus sessions to provide the service.

NexTodo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NexTodo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the app.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

NexTodo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexTodo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of NexTodo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
