By creating an account or using NexTodo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are using NexTodo on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
NexTodo is a personal organization service that helps you capture, organize, plan and keep track of your personal tasks, goals and habits, and the things you want to do, buy, go to and learn. NexTodo is currently free to use. We may offer an optional paid Pro plan in the future.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
NexTodo Pro is not available for purchase at this time. If we offer it in the future, it will be a paid subscription purchased and managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play — not directly through NexTodo. By subscribing, you would agree to the billing terms of your respective app store, and subscriptions would renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
If offered, subscription prices will be set in each app store and may vary by country and currency. NexTodo has no control over billing by the app stores.
Any subscription purchases will be billed by Apple or Google, so refunds are subject to their respective refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly. See our Refund Policy for more information.
You agree not to use NexTodo to:
Your use of NexTodo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We store the content you create in NexTodo (such as tasks, captures, wishes, goals, habits and focus sessions) to provide the service.
NexTodo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NexTodo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the app.
We try to keep NexTodo available without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app's settings. When you delete your account, your data is deleted from our live database immediately, as described in our Privacy Policy.
NexTodo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexTodo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of NexTodo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
